OUR ADVICE
Looking to create the perfect event? We've put together a few things we've learnt over the years that will help you deliver an unforgettable experience for your guests.

First impressions count - so consider carefully what your guests see when they enter your venue. If they'll see lawn games, think about hiring games with different heights & volume. Games like Giant Jenga & Giant Connect-4 are perfect for this. We include signs with each game to help set the scene.
If you don't want your guests to see the games, have a conversation with your venue - our games are quick and easy to set up and most would be willing to do this if you would like it as a surprise after the ceremony. If we're available, we can also set up & collect at exacting times.

You can also use the set up/set down of our garden games to direct or redirect your guests to where you would like them to be. For example, they're often used to occupy guests during photographs & collected during the wedding breakfast or speeches to focus your guests onto the evening entertainment. The latest we can collect the games for our Garden Games & Crazy Golf Packages is sunset on the date of your event, but if you have chosen our Pick & Collect Package, you may wish to choreograph the packing away of games at a certain time with the Ushers.

Does your venue have indoor/outdoor areas under cover? The obvious place for lawn games is the lawn, but they also work really well in areas people are likely to congregate. If people aren't interested - that's what's great about a take it or leave it form of entertainment. Likewise, if you would like to create a wet weather plan let us know & we can set the games up indoors but depending on your space we may need to tweak a few games to make it work.
Finally, consider who is going to be using the games. If your focus is keeping children entertained, we have lots of fun games that work much better for them like our Giant Parachute or Juggling Clubs. If it's the adults; you can't go wrong with our Crazy Golf Course Package - include Cornhole, it's always popular with blokes!

If someone is less mobile, games like our Crazy Golf Course & Croquet require little physical energy and is attainable for most. If you are likely to have multiple generations at your event, games like Giant Quoits, Lawn Boules & Giant Dominoes are awesome at bringing people together.
