  • How do I book?
    Our booking process is quick and simple. Click HERE and complete a short online form. We will then send you an email with a Booking Form attached, this provides us with a details about your event, contact information and timings. Once we receive a completed Booking Form, we will send you a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the package price. Once payment is received, your date is secure. With 8 weeks to go before your event, we'll send the final invoice. Once full payment is received, we'll mark your event as ready for delivery.
  • Can I pay a deposit?
    Once we've received your booking form, we'll send you our first invoice. This is a non-refundable payment deposit and is 35% of the total package price. Once payment is received, your date is secure. With 8 weeks to go before your event, we'll send you a second invoice for the remaining 65% of the package price, plus any mileage. We'll deliver games once full payment is received. If you're making a last minute booking, we'll send one invoice for the full amount & once payment is received, your date is secure and we'll deliver the games.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes. We are fully covered with 5 million pounds Public Liability Insurance. Moreover, all of our games have been risk assessed and materials chosen especially to ensure maximum safety. For example our juggling battons are made from a lightweight material to ensure no sore heads! Once the games have been set up, the Hirer accepts full liability until we return to collect them.
  • What if it rains?
    Showers doesn't have to mean the fun stops, it is very rare that it's a washout - but, if the rain is looking unstoppable, we have two choices; if your venue allows it, we can set the games up indoors or under canopy - we may have to swap some games like croquet for ones more suitable for use indoors, or we can offer you a 50% refund on the package price & a 100% discount on any mileage paid. We require 48 hours notice before your event for any cancellations. This applies to all our packages, including Pick & Collect. In the unlikely event of a storm with winds sufficient to move our equipment, they must be brought into a protected area.
  • Do you have any T's & C's?
    Yes - if we are available to hire we will send you a copy of our T's & C's with your booking form. They're written in plain english, no jargon here, so we would appreciate it if you could read these thoroughly before paying. If you pay, it is understood that you have read & accept our T's & C's.
  • How can I pay?
    Payment can be made by bank transfer (BACS), cheque or cash. Payment is required to complete the booking process
  • How much is the lawn games package?
    £349 - included in this price is the hire of eight games, free delivery, set up & collection within 25 miles of CV23 0HQ. There is a £1 delivery fee for any additional mile outside of this delivery radius. We make four trips to your venue, so a venue that is 30 miles away from CV23 0HQ, we would charge a £20 delivery fee. (5 extra miles x 4 trips = £20.) 🙂
  • How long is my hire period?
    Every event is different, so we will work with you to make the most out of our games. Our maximum hire period is eight hours, if you would like the games for any longer than this there will be an additional charge of £25 per hour. We always make sure that our games are collected before sunset on the date of your event. We find that people often want our games as afternoon entertainment, rather than evening entertainment, so a dusk collection helps focus guests' onto the parts of the day you want them to be focusing on (i.e, dancing, first dance, cake cutting etc...!) I hope this helps with your decision-making process. 😊
  • Can I have fewer than eight games?
    Yes, of course! You can select the number of games to suit your event/venue. Unfortunately however, we cannot offer any discount for these situations as our overheads/profit margin remains the same on all events.
  • Can I have more than eight games?
    Yes, of course! You can add any carnival game for £65 or a crazy golf to this package for £75 per hole.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We will deliver free of charge to any event within 25 miles of CV23 0HQ and can deliver outside of this boundary for an additional charge. (£1 per additional mile.) Our route is calculated as the fastest on Google Maps, which is not necessarily the shortest.
  • How much is the Pick & Collect package?
    We offer two options to suit your needs; Pick & Collect - 4 and Pick & Collect - 8. If you choose four games, the cost of hire is £249, if you choose eight games the cost of hire is £299.
  • Where do we pick the games up from?
    We are based at CV23 0HQ.
  • How long is my hire period with the Pick & Collect package?
    With the Pick & Collect service, your hire period is Thursday - Sunday. The games can be collected between 3:00pm - 7:00pm on the Thursday before your event and returned between 10:00am - 12:00pm on the Sundat after your event. We cannot accomodate any early returns or late collections. If the date of your event is on a Thursday or Sunday, we can accomodate an extended hire period (Thursday - Thursday, or Sunday - Sunday.)
  • Will I be able to fit the games in my car?
    This depends on how big your vehicle is & what games you pick. If you choose Giant Chess; you are likely going to need a small van. However, lots of our games will comfortably fit in the back of a small car with the rear seats collapsed. We are working on creating a document that outlines just how big each game is when packed away. Until that is made, if you would like to know a specific game size, just ask when you enquire. Most games are stored & transported in drawstring bags.
  • Can you deliver the games to my house?
    We do not offer a delivery service for the Pick & Collect package.
  • Where do I store the games overnight?
    All our games must be stored securely indoors overnight during your hire period. This protects the games from damage & theft. The Hirer is responsible for the security/condition of games throughout the duration of the hire period.
  • Do I need to bring anything with me to collect the games?
    Yes - the person collecting & returning the games needs to bring two forms of ID, one photographic & one proof of address. Games will not be issued without these ID checks.
  • Can someone pick the games up on my behalf?
    Yes - if the person who collects & returns the games is different to the Hirer, this must be made clear on your booking form. Whoever collects & returns the games must bring two forms of ID, one photographic & one proof of address. Games will not be issued without these ID checks.
  • Will you show me how to set them up?
    Yes - there's nothing complicated about setting our games up. We will run you through how to set each one up if necessary.
  • What games are available for Pick & Collect?
    You can select any lawn game for Pick & Collect.
  • Why is crazy golf & carnival games unavailable for Pick & Collect?
    Unfortunately, our crazy golf and carnival games are not available for Pick & Collect service. This is because the games are quite large, and there is a risk of damage during transportation, even if a van is used. To ensure the games are always transported in excellent condition, our van is equipped with custom-made racking. We have set high standards, and maintaining quality for our customers is our top priority.
